The decor and ambiance of the hotel were delightful, with a modern and hipster vibe. The outdoor patio with comfortable seating and a fire pit was a lovely place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with several attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the fitness center which was well-equipped and uncrowded during our stay.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our stay that detracted from our overall experience. The first was a mix-up with the room, as we were given a single bed instead of the double beds we had booked. Additionally, room service was not available, which limited our dining options. Finally, the coffee selection in the room was underwhelming, with only powdered creamer and a limited selection of sweeteners.

Located within walking distance of many amazing restaurants, so we never had to go far to find great food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. The view from the room was impressive, with stunning cityscape and skyline to wake up to. As people who love karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find out that the hotel had a karaoke lounge and a casino inside.
The hotel's gym was small and didn't have enough equipment.

my Thanksgiving stay was decent- the free pie and hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and shops which was convenient. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hotel had a few disappointing aspects. The walls were paper-thin, making it hard to sleep with all the noise from the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the rooms were small and lacked basic amenities like a microwave and mini-fridge. while the location was good, the lack of privacy and limited amenities made for an underwhelming stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel and it was a great experience! The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice surprise. The hotel is also located near several restaurants and shops, making it a great location for exploring. We also loved having a fitness center available during our stay.
The room we stayed in did not have a refrigerator, which was inconvenient for storing food and drinks. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom could have been better. However, overall we would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

I loved the attention to detail the hotel has for reusing materials and for buying locally. The art work in my room was all locally screen printed framed in reclaimed wood.
The check-in staff didn't tell me that if I put my room key card in the same pocket as my smart phone, the card would demagnetize. On the second day of my stay a member of the housekeeping staff let me know.

First room assigned was not ready only one bed made up. Keys never worked on the first try had to return to desk. Items on menu not available such as Paromi teas. Confusion as to when the kitchen closed - called before 9:00 one night and was told kitchen was closed . This was corrected later. Other promised ajustments to room rate were not made as promised. Ended up having one bed instead of two had to change family plans.
