All the personnel was outstandingly accommodating and affable. Liked the location in downtown.

They gave me a double room with screens for showing videos, a shower and videos. The staff were extremely friendly and amicable made my stay really good.

The hotel was original with great and unbeatable location just next door to far enough away to be quiet for sleep, the downtown area, and Classic Center. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent in the whole venue. Well-appointed and tastefully decorated rooms with a view of the fire station and great service - just as I expected. Loved my time here and 100% recommend this place.

Although everything was perfect, some of the staff were poor.

Nothing to complain about, the venue exceeded high expectations. Modern pet-friendly hotel with great value, we had a very good stay. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a refrigerator in the room, loved that.

I was given good modern room with 2 double beds, a view of the Fire Station and screens for showing videos. The food was outstanding with good choice of choice! The location was great - just 5 minutes' walk from Downtown Athens.

It has perfect and favourable location to the nightlife.

Everything at this trendy boutique hotel was great as we expected. We ate at a great restaurant for quick dinner too. The service here was excellent. The location was favourable, not too far away from Founders Memorial Garden.

I loved the attention to detail the hotel has for reusing materials and for buying locally. The art work in my room was all locally screen printed framed in reclaimed wood.

The check-in staff didn't tell me that if I put my room key card in the same pocket as my smart phone, the card would demagnetize. On the second day of my stay a member of the housekeeping staff let me know.

First room assigned was not ready only one bed made up. Keys never worked on the first try had to return to desk. Items on menu not available such as Paromi teas. Confusion as to when the kitchen closed - called before 9:00 one night and was told kitchen was closed . This was corrected later. Other promised ajustments to room rate were not made as promised. Ended up having one bed instead of two had to change family plans.

The rooms are GREAT modern with very comfy beds and smoke detectors.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was just as beautiful as depicted in the photos, and it was very spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym equipment, which was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to some great restaurants and provided easy access to the nightlife in the area. We also enjoyed the secure parking with cameras in the lots, which gave us peace of mind during our stay.
